  • Review total program cost and academic year breakdown
  • Review eligible loan and grant amounts, based on FAFSA® and Plus Credit Check decision for Dependent Students
  • Review any remaining balance that needs to be covered

Step 4: Core Documents

Credit Balance Form

    • This form provides instructions for how you want the school to handle any credit balance that may occur on your account while you are in school.

Arbitration Agreement

    • This form is required by the Department of Education. It indicates that any dispute relating to your Title IV Federal Loans can be resolved directly and individually with the College on the merits of the case. If unable to resolve, can be referred to the Department of Education for review.

Step 5: Master Promissory Note & Entrance Counseling

Students eligible and who elect to receive federal loans are required to complete the following:

  • Master Promissory Note (MPN) – this is your promise to pay back your loans
  • Entrance Counseling – this reviews your rights and responsibilities as a borrower of federal loans
